Contact Option #5 - Emergency Support

When a server is down, please email our emergency support 2way pager.  This email is a direct connection to an admin’s 2way pager at all times.  Please use this only to report a server down when you are absolutely sure that it is a problem at our end. 

Email: 911@energyhosting.com. Please include your Server ID, IP Address and log-in (username, password, root password) information as briefly as possible (250 character limit, text only, NO HTML).
